Colombia – Whose name is on the birth certificate?

May 23, 2022

On a trip to Mexico and Colombia last week, we met with our new Colombian lawyer, who has offered us a new procedure for obtaining the child’s birth certificate with the intended parent’s names, and only their names, on it.  The new procedure has been successfully employed several times and entails a significant development.  It also means the birth certificate can be available within a week after the child is born.  We want to be discreet about this process, but it works and is a significant advance on the procedure that was being followed up until last week.

We have also managed to match all of our current intended parents with surrogate mothers and even have some un-matched surrogate mothers ready for clients due to commence in May.

We are very excited about these developments.
