Paul Anthony Norris-Ongso is an Australian lawyer with a background in intellectual property, commercial litigation, migration, surrogacy, same-sex partnerships, and international family law. After personally experiencing the gaps in the Surrogacy process for same sex couples (through which his own children were conceived) , Paul and his partner Joshua made it their mission to create accessible, transparent, and ethically sound pathways to parenthood.

Together, they founded KinPath Surrogacy, a global surrogacy agency committed to transparent, legally sound and human-centred programs for LGBTQ+ couples, single parents, and cross-border intended parents in the U.S. , U.K. , Australia and Europe.
