What Does Surrogacy Cost Include?
Surrogacy cost typically covers surrogate recruitment and screening, surrogate compensation, IVF and embryo transfers, pregnancy care and delivery, insurance, legal services and your agency’s coordination. If you need an egg donor, your programme also covers donor compensation and egg collection, and you can choose a clinic donor or a KinPath donor.

Extra Costs to Plan For
Even with a fixed fee, a few items can add to your total. A caesarean, if medically needed, is €4,100. A new surrogate or a new IVF cycle is charged from a fixed price list. Options such as PGT testing or unlimited embryo transfers are priced in advance. Your flights, accommodation and your baby’s passport and embassy fees are not included, so budget for these separately.
Why Surrogacy Abroad Costs Less Than the USA
In the USA, surrogacy can cost around $190,000 or more, and intended parents stay responsible for the surrogate’s expenses for months after the birth, so the final total is unclear.
