Most surrogacy agencies only share their price once you are on a sales call. We think you should see it first. Every KinPath price is now on our website, for every destination and every programme, with a calculator that gives you your own estimate in two minutes.
Our prices at a glance
These are single-programme prices on our Fixed Fee programme, with four embryo transfers included. Egg donor prices are with a donor from our partner clinic.
| Destination | With your own embryos | With an egg donor | With your own eggs & sperm | Double programme (own embryos) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bogotá, Colombia | €73,500 | €74,500 | €76,000 | €132,500 |
| Mexico City, Mexico | €83,000 | €86,500 | €86,000 | €149,500 |
| Mérida, Mexico | €73,500 | €81,000 | €79,500 | €132,500 |
| Accra, Ghana | €49,500 | €57,000 | €56,500 | €89,500 |
Fixed-fee “from” prices for a single programme with 4 embryo transfers. Egg donor prices are with a clinic donor. A KinPath catalogue donor replaces the €500 clinic donor compensation with her catalogue fee (from €3,500). Estimate based on current clinic tariffs and exchange rates, valid for 30 days. Your price is confirmed in your programme contract and does not change after signing.
A few things stand out. Accra is our most affordable destination, from €49,500. Bogotá includes unlimited embryo transfers with an egg donor, at no extra cost. And in Mexico, Mérida costs €5,500 less than Mexico City for the same programme.
What the Fixed Fee includes
A price is only useful if you know what is in it. Every KinPath Fixed Fee includes:
- All surrogate compensation, plus her recruitment, screening and matching
- IVF, embryo creation, freezing and 12 months’ embryo storage
- Up to 4 embryo transfers
- Health and life insurance for your surrogate
- Pregnancy medication, prenatal care and hospital delivery (natural birth)
- Legal services, notary, translation and DNA testing for parentage
- Local transport for you and your surrogate
- Your dedicated case team and the KinPath app, so you can follow every step of your journey
- A contingency budget for complications
Once you sign your programme contract, your price does not change.
What costs extra, and how much
Some costs depend on choices you make, or on things nobody can predict. We publish those too, so there are no surprises:
- PGT embryo testing: from €4,500
- A caesarean, planned or medically needed: €4,100 (never included in any programme)
- A KinPath catalogue egg donor: €3,500 (Standard), €5,500 (Silver) or €9,000 (Gold), instead of the €500 compensation for a clinic donor
- A sperm donor: €2,000
- Unlimited embryo transfers: €5,000 (included with an egg donor in Bogotá)
- A double programme with two surrogates: the second programme is charged at 20% off
- Only if needed: a new surrogate or a new IVF or egg donor cycle, at the fixed prices shown in your estimate
Fixed Fee or Pay As You Go?
We offer two ways to pay. The Fixed Fee gives you one price for the whole journey. Pay As You Go starts lower and covers one IVF cycle, one surrogate, one embryo transfer, standard health insurance for your surrogate, legal services, the birth and your baby’s registration. If you need more, each extra step is charged from a fixed price list.
Here is a real example: an egg donor programme in Mérida is €81,000 on the Fixed Fee, or €71,500 on Pay As You Go, where each additional embryo transfer costs €3,300. If you expect to need several transfers, the Fixed Fee usually works out cheaper. If you want the lowest starting price, Pay As You Go.
| Destination (egg donor programme) | Fixed Fee | Pay As You Go | PAYG: each extra transfer | PAYG: new surrogate | PAYG: new IVF cycle |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bogotá, Colombia | €74,500 | €72,000 | Included | €8,000 | €10,500 |
| Mexico City, Mexico | €86,500 | €79,000 | €2,600 | €11,200 | €11,100 |
| Mérida, Mexico | €81,000 | €71,500 | €3,300 | €10,100 | €9,300 |
| Accra, Ghana | €57,000 | €55,000 | €1,200 | €6,200 | On request |
Single programme with a clinic egg donor. The Fixed Fee also includes up to 4 embryo transfers, embryo storage, translation, notary, DNA testing, local transport and a contingency budget. How to compare surrogacy agencies fairly
Two surrogacy prices can look €20,000 apart and end up costing the same, or look the same and end up €20,000 apart. The difference is what is left out. Before you compare, ask every agency these six questions:
- Is surrogate compensation included, or charged separately?
- How many embryo transfers are included?
- What does PGT cost?
- What happens, and what do I pay, if a caesarean is needed?
- Are legal parentage, translation, notary and DNA testing included?
- Can the price change after I sign?
Our answers are all on this page. Surrogate compensation is always included, and our price is fixed in your contract.

Every family is different. Our calculator asks a few questions, such as your destination, whether you need an egg donor, and whether you want PGT, and shows your estimated total package cost straight away. You can have the itemised estimate emailed to you, with a breakdown of where your money goes.
