With the full addition of Georgia to our surrogacy programs we have also updated and simplified our website. Please take a look and let us know if you spot any typographical or other errors.

We now have comprehensive programs in Ukraine, Georgia, and Greece that offer legal and price certainty and various options for USA surrogacy. Our US programs although legally certain cannot offer price certainty due to the nature of gestational carrier agreements in the various States where we work with US partners.

A reminder that there are NO LEGAL surrogacy programs in Asia open to international intended parents.

Paul Anthony Norris-Ongso is an Australian lawyer with a background in intellectual property, commercial litigation, migration, surrogacy, same-sex partnerships, and international family law. After personally experiencing the gaps in the Surrogacy process for same sex couples (through which his own children were conceived) , Paul and his partner Joshua made it their mission to create accessible, transparent, and ethically sound pathways to parenthood.

Together, they founded KinPath Surrogacy, a global surrogacy agency committed to transparent, legally sound and human-centred programs for LGBTQ+ couples, single parents, and cross-border intended parents in the U.S. , U.K. , Australia and Europe.
