At KinPath, we offer programs in countries where international surrogacy is both legal and practically achievable. Each location is carefully selected and regularly monitored to ensure a safe, ethical, and supportive experience for intended parents and surrogate mothers alike.
We offer several fixed-fee programs across countries, including local or premium egg donor, BYO embryos, own cycle, and double options. Prices vary by program and may differ based on your family structure and legal requirements. We provide exact quotes only after a video call, once we’ve explained the relevant services. As a general guide, our most expensive program costs about half of a comparable one in the US. Fees range from €42,000 to €80,000. Contact us to receive a tailored quote and program details.

Available in Bogotá
Our Colombia program was introduced in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic and has grown steadily. Surrogacy is legal and regulated, making it a strong option for a wide range of international intended parents.
Mexico
Available in Mexico City
Reinstated in 2021 after legal updates, our Mexico program operates in Mexico City—an internationally connected destination with experienced clinics and local legal support.
Ghana
Available in Accra
Launched in 2024, our Ghana program offers fixed-price surrogacy packages with a minimum of four embryo transfers. We work with three trusted clinics to provide a reliable and cost-effective option.
Mérida
Available in Mexico

Surrogates in Greece undergo extensive screening and are engaged on a trial basis before being matched with intended parents. The program is currently suspended.
Georgia (Suspended)
Previously available to heterosexual married or de facto couples, this program was closely managed by our team. It is currently paused due to legal uncertainty.
Ukraine (Suspended)
This program, based in Kyiv, is currently suspended due to regional instability and related legal complications.
